# Installation

Installation steps:

1. Install the required dependencies
2. (optional) install [PlaceholderAPI](https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/placeholderapi.6245/) + [Vault](https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/vault.34315/) and/or [LuckPerms](https://luckperms.net/download)
3. Restart your server
4. Add the .sk file into the `plugins/Skript/scripts/` 
5. Reload the script by running `/sk reload scripts`
6. [Click here](https://astradev.gitbook.io/astrachat/configuration/discord#setup) to setup Discord and [click here](https://astradev.gitbook.io/astrachat/configuration/channels#redis-setup) to setup cross-server/Redis. No additional dependencies need to be installed.

Optional Dependencies:

* [PlaceholderAPI](https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/placeholderapi.6245/) (required for custom placeholders)
* [Vault](https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/vault.34315/) and/or [LuckPerms](https://luckperms.net/download) (for prefix/suffix placeholders)
